This product is not a hazardous material. Store in a cool and dry place, avoiding sunlight and rain.
1. Preparation of perfluorooctanoyl chloride
Add 415kg of perfluorooctanoic acid and 8kg of pyridine successively to the reactor, and add 160kg of sulfoxide chloride with stirring. Add and reflux for 4-5 hours. Leave overnight. Purge the hydrogen chloride and perform vacuum distillation. Collect the 128 ℃ fraction to obtain perfluorooctanoyl chloride.
2. Preparation of perfluorooctanoyl aminoacetic acid
Add 150kg of aminoacetic acid, 300L of ethyl acetate, 2kg of pyridine, and 215kg of perfluorooctanoyl chloride successively to the acylation reactor, stir and reflux at 80 ℃ for 16h until no hydrogen chloride is released, and the reaction ends. Cool to room temperature, filter, wash with water, and dry to obtain perfluorooctanoic acid.
3. Neutralization
Neutralize with KOH or NaOH aqueous solution to obtain a salt solution. Concentrate, cool, crystallize, and vacuum dry the product.
